Depression can significantly interfere with daily life, social relationships and general well-being of adolescents and can even lead to suicide.

These feelings are part of life and tend to disappear without treatment.

This is not speaking of "Depression", we are talking about a disease with specific symptoms, lasting and sufficient to seriously impair a person's ability to lead a normal life gravity.

Should not, even in whimsy, judging depressed people as if they were going crazy, nor should we think that there is reason to be ashamed depressed.

Depression is an illness like so many other medicine without reason to shame and necessity of treatment, as well as medicine causes asthma, gastritis, hypertension, etc..

Depression affects people of all ages, all nationalities, at all stages of life. It is estimated that about 5% of the world population suffers from depression (incidence) and that about 10% to 25% of people can present a major depressive episode at some point in their life (prevalence).

Among those who have already experienced an Episode Depressive, are more likely to have more to other depressive episodes throughout their lives, though this probability varies greatly from person to person
